We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge in the field of Complementary Therapies and vast expertise working with clients with Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia. 
From Wednesday 12th July we will be hosting Wellbeing Wednesdays at Fizzio Fit performing our fabulous Aromatherapy and Reflexology treatments. 
Our Aromatherapy Experience incorporates lymphatic drainage and acupressure massage using carefully blended essential oils that are unique and made specifically for you following a consultation to ensure we provide you with the most effective treatment to suit your needs. 
£40.00 (50 minutes) 
During our Reflexology Experience we apply firm pressure to specific parts of the foot which stimulate or relax the body’s systems dependant on what each individual’s body needs at the time. If one system is out of kilter it will have a detrimental effect on the efficiency of the others so this treatment helps to ease mind and body whilst bringing it back to its natural equilibrium. A really effective treatment for Anxiety. 
£35.00 (50 minutes) 
Appointments will be available at 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm and 1.00pm every Wednesday.
